Why Is the Deposit Address Not Showing on the Binance Recharge Page?
The most common reason a deposit address is not displayed is that your account has not completed identity verification, the coin's network is under maintenance, or the address has been migrated. Follow the steps below to diagnose and resolve the issue.

1. Check Your Account KYC Status First
Verify whether your Binance account has completed standard identity verification.
Steps:
Log in to your Binance account and go to [Account] → [Identity Verification].
Check your current verification status:
If it shows "Unverified": you need to complete standard identity verification to use deposit, trading, and withdrawal functions.
If it shows "Standard Verification" or "Advanced Verification": verification is complete and your account is in good standing.
If the verification process is stuck (e.g., uploaded documents were rejected), follow the on-screen instructions to re-upload or wait 24 hours and try again.
This step is complete once your verification status shows "Verified" or a level at or above "Standard Verification".
Unverified Binance accounts are only allowed to withdraw, cancel orders, and close positions—deposit functions are unavailable. This is the most common cause, so check this first.
2. Confirm Whether the Coin and Network Are Operational
Check if the coin you want to deposit, along with its network, is unavailable due to maintenance or an address migration.
Steps:
Log in to Binance and go to [Wallet] → [Deposit] → [Deposit Crypto].
Search for the coin you want to deposit.
Scenario A: The coin does not appear in search — Binance does not support this coin, so naturally no address is shown. You can check the "Deposit & Withdrawal Status" page to confirm whether the coin is listed.
Scenario B: The coin appears, but a "Network Suspended" or "Under Maintenance" message is shown — the network is being upgraded or maintained, and deposits are paused. Wait for maintenance to end.
Scenario C: The coin appears but the address field is blank or shows a "Get Address" button — the address may have been migrated. Click [Get Address] to obtain a new deposit address.
This step is complete once the coin and network status are confirmed normal, or you have clicked "Get Address" to retrieve a new address. Note that completing KYC is a prerequisite for this.
Common abnormal causes:
Deposit address migrated: Binance periodically upgrades its wallet infrastructure. Existing deposit addresses on selected networks may be retired and migrated to new ones. If you haven't obtained the new address, the deposit page may not show an address or may display an outdated one.
Network under maintenance: Deposit services for certain networks may be temporarily suspended. During maintenance, deposit addresses are temporarily unavailable. You can check the "Deposit & Withdrawal Status" page to confirm if the network is operating normally.
3. What to Do After an Address Migration
If the missing address is due to migration, simply follow the on-page instructions to get your new address.
Steps:
On the deposit page, select the relevant coin and network.
Click [Get Address].
The system will generate a new deposit address. Click [View Details] to see the old address. Use the new address for future deposits.
If you previously deposited to the discontinued old address: your funds are safe but will not be credited automatically. Go to your wallet transaction history and click [One-Click Transfer] to manually move the funds into your spot wallet.
This step is complete once you have obtained and saved the new deposit address.

4. Other Temporary Causes
If all the above checks are fine, try these steps to rule out temporary technical issues.
Steps:
Refresh the page or log out and log back into your Binance account.
Try switching your network connection (e.g., from Wi-Fi to mobile data).
If using the web version, clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
This step is complete once the page loads normally and the deposit address is displayed.
Risk Notice:
Old addresses have a 30-day validity period. After receiving an address migration notice, the old address will expire 30 days after you click "Get New Address" or after receiving the notice, whichever comes first. Deposits sent to an expired old address will not be credited automatically; you must manually apply for a credit.
If Binance does not support the coin, any funds sent to an unsupported coin address will be irretrievable. Always verify that the coin is on the supported list before depositing.
After completing all checks, log in to your Binance account, go to [Wallet] → [Deposit], and search for your desired coin. If the page shows an address and QR code, the issue is resolved. If it still does not appear, and you have confirmed that KYC is complete and the network status is normal, contact Binance Customer Support via the Help Center, providing the coin name and screenshots for further assistance.
