How to Deposit NFP to Binance? Address and Network Check

1. Determine Whether Your NFP Is the New or Old Contract
What to do: Before initiating a deposit, check which version of the NFP contract is held in your wallet or another exchange – Binance only accepts the new NFP; deposit and withdrawal channels for the old NFP are closed.
How to do it:
Binance completed the NFPrompt (NFP) contract swap on April 5, 2024, swapping old NFP for new NFP at a 1:1 ratio. After the swap, deposits and withdrawals of the old NFP tokens are no longer supported.
New NFP smart contract address (BEP-20): Not officially provided, but the total supply is 1 billion, token type is BEP-20
Old NFP contract address: Binance's announcement did not directly disclose the old contract address, but if you had NFP deposited to Binance before April 5, 2024, and it was not swapped at that time, you now need to go through the contract swap process
When you're done: You have confirmed whether your NFP is the "already swapped new NFP" or "old NFP that hasn't been swapped yet".

2. Get the Correct NFP Deposit Address and Memo on Binance
What to do: Log into your Binance account, go to the deposit page, and obtain the NFP deposit address and network information.
How to do it:
Log into the Binance app or website, go to [Wallet] – [Deposit].
Search for "NFP". After the contract swap, deposits and withdrawals are open, but users must get the new NFP token deposit address.
Network selection: NFP is a BEP-20 token, deployed on BNB Smart Chain. Select "BSC" or "BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20)".
The page will display a deposit address – copy it. NFP deposits are BEP-20 tokens and do not require a Memo (unlike Stellar/XRP networks). If your deposit page shows Memo/Tag, you may be depositing to a different chain – cancel immediately.
When you're done: You have the Binance NFP BEP-20 deposit address and confirmed that no Memo is required.
Prerequisites: Your Binance account has completed KYC verification.
Common failure: Choosing the wrong network. NFP only supports BEP-20 (BSC chain); do not select ERC20 or any other network.
3. Send from the Sending Platform
What to do: On the wallet or exchange where your NFP is held, paste the Binance deposit address and initiate the transfer.
How to do it:
Case A: Withdrawing from another exchange. Log into the sending platform, go to the withdrawal page, select the coin "NFP", and paste the Binance deposit address. Note: if the exchange requires you to choose a network, be sure to select BSC (BEP-20), confirm, then submit.
Case B: Sending from an on-chain wallet. Open the wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet), select the BSC network, paste the Binance deposit address, enter the amount, confirm the gas fee, and submit the transaction.
When you're done: The transfer has been submitted and you have the TxID for this transaction.
Prerequisites: NFP balance and enough gas in your wallet or exchange account. If withdrawing from an exchange, ensure that exchange supports NFP withdrawals via BEP-20.
Common failure: The sending platform shows NFP but doesn't show the network, defaulting to ERC20. Always double-check that the network is set to BSC. Otherwise, funds will go to the same address on the Ethereum chain, but Binance may not support NFP deposits on ERC20, and the funds could be lost.

4. Verify Arrival on BSCScan
What to do: After getting the TxID, check on BSCScan that the transaction status is "Success".
How to do it:
Open BSCScan (bscscan.com), paste the TxID. Check:
Status: Success is the only indicator of a successful transaction
To (receiving address): Does it match the Binance deposit address you copied
Token: Is it NFP (BEP-20)
When you're done: BSCScan shows "Success", then go back to Binance and check the "Deposit History". If confirmed on-chain but Binance does not display it, you may be experiencing network congestion or Binance node processing delay – usually the funds appear within 5–30 minutes.
Prerequisites: The transfer has been submitted and you have the TxID.
Common failure: BSCScan shows "Success" but Binance doesn't credit the deposit, and you repeatedly submit support tickets. Wait 30 minutes normally; most cases resolve automatically. If it still hasn't appeared after 2 hours, contact Binance support with the TxID.
