What to do: Use the TxID to check the transaction status on the Mintscan explorer, then return to Binance to view the deposit.
How to do it:
- Open Mintscan (mintscan.io/dydx).
- Paste the TxID and check the status.
- Confirm that the status is Success.
- Go back to Binance [Funds] — [Deposit History] to check the crediting status.
If the chain shows Success but Binance does not reflect it yet, wait for network synchronization; it usually arrives within a few minutes. If it hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, contact Binance customer support with the TxID.
