How to Manage Trusted Devices on OKX? View Logged-in Devices
OKX's "Trusted Devices" are essentially authorization records of logged-in devices — any phone or computer you've successfully logged into is recorded by the system. Managing these devices involves three core steps: viewing all logged-in devices, identifying and addressing suspicious ones, and enabling additional security measures when necessary.

1. Go to Device Management Page
What to do: Find the "Device Management" entry — this is the central area for viewing and managing all logged-in devices.
How to do it:
Log in to the OKX app or website.
App: Tap "My" → "Account Center" or "Security Center", then find "Device Management".
Website: Click your profile icon in the upper right → "Account Center" → "Security Center", and find "Device Management" in the menu.
When is it completed: You've entered the device management page and can see the list of authorized devices.
Prerequisite: You are logged in and have normal access to security settings.
2. View and Check Device List Information
What to do: Go through each entry in the device list to check login records and spot anything unusual.
How to do it: The device list shows the following:
Device Name (e.g., "iPhone 15 Pro" or "Chrome on Windows")
Operating System Type
IP Location (e.g., "Shanghai, China" or "California, USA")
Last Login Time
Check each entry:
Is this device one you are currently using?
Does the IP location match your usual region?
Is the last login time within the period you were active?
When is it completed: You've confirmed that all device records are yours, or you've identified devices that need attention.
If you notice an IP from overseas or a different province, deal with that device immediately.
3. Handle Suspicious or Unwanted Devices
What to do: Remove untrusted devices from the list and force them to log out.
How to do it:
Case A: Found a single suspicious device
Tap the "…" or "More" icon on the right side of that device.
Select "Log Out" or "Deauthorize".
The device will be forcibly logged out; logging back in will require re-verification of your identity.
Case B: Want to clean up all devices at once
Some versions support a "Sign Out All" feature, but note that your current device may also be kicked off and you'll need to log in again.
When is it completed: The device list only contains the devices you are currently using and trust.
Common failure cause:
Device still shows in the list after operation — refresh the page or wait a few minutes and retry; if the problem persists, contact support.
Risk warning:
After deauthorization, the removed device must re-enter the password and complete two-factor authentication if it tries to log in again.
If you spot an unfamiliar device, simply forcing it offline is not enough — we recommend changing your login password immediately and confirming that Google Authenticator (2FA) is enabled.

4. Advanced: Enable Anti-Phishing Code and Login Verification (Optional)
What to do: Add extra verification measures to further improve device security.
How to do it:
Enable Anti-Phishing Code: Go to "Account & Security" → "Anti-Phishing Code". After enabling, the system generates a unique 6-digit code. Every time you log in on a new device, OKX will ask you to verify this code, ensuring you are on the genuine official page and not a phishing site.
Turn on "Require Verification on Login": In "Device Management" settings, enforce that every new session login requires entering a dynamic verification code.
When is it completed: The anti-phishing code is saved (take a screenshot), and the "Require Verification on Login" toggle is turned on.
Next step: Now open OKX "Security Center" → "Device Management", take a screenshot of the current device list and last login times for future comparison. If you find any abnormal devices, immediately tap "Log Out" to force them offline, then go to "Security Settings" to confirm that Google Authenticator (2FA) is bound.
