All invitation records are in the "Invite Friends" page. On the app, go to the homepage and tap the grid icon in the top left or the gift icon in the top right, then tap [My Invitations] in the upper right. Step 1: Find the Invitation Records Entry
The entry spot differs by device, but both lead to the same page.
App: Open the OKX app, tap the [grid] icon (top left) or the [gift] icon (top right) to enter the [Invite Friends] page. At the top right of this page, tap [My Invitations] or [Invitation Records] to see all your invitation details.
Web: Log into the OKX website, click [More] in the top navigation bar, and choose [Invite Friends]. Scroll down — your invitation records will show directly on that page, no extra clicks needed.
Success criteria: You can see an invitation list that includes invited friends' UIDs, registration times, and current status (e.g., "In Progress", "Completed", "Expired").
Common mistake: Many people check the Reward Center or Assets page and can't find it. The invitation records are always inside the "Invite Friends" section, not a separate menu.
Step 2: Check Each Friend's Task Completion Status
Each friend in the invitation list has a status label. You need to understand what it means.
Status meaning: Next to each friend, you'll see their task progress — for example, whether they've completed advanced identity verification and the required trading/deposit tasks. The exact tasks may vary, so refer to what's shown on your screen.
Valid invitation rules: An invitation is only valid if the friend (1) signed up through your exclusive referral link, (2) completed advanced identity verification, and (3) finished the specified tasks. Only then will the reward be issued.
Success criteria: You clearly know which friends have completed all tasks, which are still in progress, and which have expired.
High-risk warning: OKX closely tracks trading behavior to prevent cheating or unusual activity. If an invited friend creates multiple accounts, uses someone else's information, submits fake KYC, or wash-trades, not only will that friend be marked invalid, but you may also lose your reward eligibility. Only invite real users. Do not try to game the system.

Step 3: Check Whether the Reward Has Been Issued and Its Lock Status
After a task is completed, the reward won't be available right away. Pay attention to two time points.
How rewards are given: Once the reward is issued, you need to manually claim it on the [My Invitations] page during the current campaign period. After claiming, the reward goes into your account but comes with a 7-day lock-up period. You cannot withdraw or trade the reward until the lock ends, after which it unlocks automatically.
Where to check: After claiming, you can check the reward's details, including the remaining lock days, in the [Reward Center].
What to do if the reward hasn't arrived: If a friend shows as having completed tasks but you haven't received the reward within 48 hours, first check if the reward limit for this cycle has been reached (usually each person can receive up to 10 rewards per cycle). If not, contact customer support with a screenshot of your invitation records for follow-up.
How to verify the process worked: On the [My Invitations] page, confirm the friend's status says "Completed". At the same time, check the [Reward Center] to see that the reward has arrived and view the remaining lock days. After the lock period, go to the [Assets] page to confirm the balance has increased. If the reward still hasn't appeared after 48 hours, contact in-app live support and provide a screenshot of your invitation records.
