Can OKX Receive Facebook Payouts? USDC Eligibility and Reconciliation

Whether OKX can receive Facebook payouts depends on two separate conditions: whether your Facebook account is eligible for USDC payouts, and whether OKX supports the network you choose. Both must be met for the process to work.

What Are Facebook's USDC Payouts?

Meta (Facebook's parent company) began offering USDC payout options to some creators starting in late April 2026. This feature is not available to all creators. It is currently being tested with a limited group of eligible creators in Colombia and the Philippines. If you do not see the USDC payout option in your Facebook professional dashboard, it means you are not part of the current pilot program. It is not an issue with your settings.

Meta processes these USDC payments through Stripe, and only supports the Solana or Polygon networks. Meta's supported wallets include MetaMask, Phantom, and Binance Wallet. OKX is not mentioned.

Which Networks Does OKX Support for USDC?

This is the key point. Meta only sends USDC on Solana or Polygon. If OKX does not support either of these networks, you cannot directly withdraw your Facebook USDC payouts to OKX.

Based on official OKX information, its supported USDC networks include: X Layer (OKX's own Layer-2), Arc chain, and Aptos chain. The OKX Help Center's deposit instructions mention USDC-ERC20 (Ethereum) and USDC-Solana as examples, but these are general tutorial examples and do not mean OKX currently supports Solana deposits for all users.

You need to check the deposit page on OKX yourself: select USDC and see if Solana or Polygon appears in the network list. If it does, you can directly withdraw your Facebook USDC to OKX. If not, this route will not work.

If OKX Supports Solana or Polygon

Assuming your OKX deposit page does show support for USDC on the Solana network, the steps are:

  1. Get your OKX USDC deposit address from Facebook. Open the OKX App, go to the deposit page, select USDC, choose Solana as the network, and copy the displayed address.

  2. Go back to your Facebook professional dashboard and find the USDC payout option in your earnings settings. Select Solana as the receiving network, paste the OKX address you copied, and save.

  3. Wait for Meta to process the payment. Once the USDC arrives, it will appear in your OKX deposit history.

The network must match exactly. If you select Solana on Facebook, you must also select Solana on OKX. If Meta sends on the Polygon network and your OKX address is for Solana, the funds will be sent to an address you do not control. Meta explicitly warns that such funds cannot be recovered.

If OKX Does Not Support Meta's Networks

Then you cannot receive payouts directly. An alternative is to first use a wallet that supports Solana or Polygon (such as Phantom) to receive the Facebook USDC, and then send the USDC from that wallet to a network supported by OKX, or directly to an OKX address on a supported network. This adds an extra on-chain transfer step and incurs network fees, but it at least allows you to consolidate your earnings into OKX.

How to Reconcile Records

No matter which route you take, reconciliation requires two sets of records:

OKX side: After the deposit arrives, find the transaction in your OKX deposit history. In the OKX App, go to "Assets" or "Activity," filter by "Deposit," and search by asset and date. The record will show the network, amount, status, and TxID (on-chain transaction hash). If you need to download a full statement, the web version supports exporting fund statements, with records available as far back as February 2021.

Meta/Stripe side: Meta recommends keeping your Meta payment history and Stripe records for tax reporting. Stripe may send you tax reports related to crypto payments, and Meta's payment history shows when and how much was sent. The transaction is only fully reconciled when the records on both sides match.

Completion Standard

A successful payout is confirmed when the USDC appears in your OKX deposit history with a completed status. On-chain confirmation and OKX crediting are two separate things: on-chain confirmation does not mean OKX has finished processing. If the chain shows success but OKX has not credited your account, first check that the network and address are correct. If everything is correct but the funds still have not arrived after a reasonable time, prepare the TxID and contact OKX support.

If you cannot find the Solana or Polygon USDC option on the OKX deposit page, do not continue trying to receive payouts directly. First confirm which networks your OKX account currently supports, then decide whether to use another wallet as a bridge or abandon OKX for this purpose.
