DeBank supports 57 blockchains, but by default it only shows positions on mainstream EVM chains. If you hold assets on some newer L2s or niche chains, you need to manually add that chain to your Dashboard.
Go to the "Network Settings" or "Chain Management" page on the DeBank website or app, and check whether the chains you hold are included in the currently displayed list. If missing, add them manually.

Step 2: Check Wallet Connection Status
If the app or website keeps showing "Connecting" or "Failed to load", it could be a WalletConnect issue.

Step 4: Check if Assets Are in the "Hidden List"
DeBank hides some "spam tokens" or tokens with very low value by default. If most of your positions are small-cap altcoins, they might be collapsed under "Hidden Assets".
On the asset overview page, scroll down and look for the "Hidden Assets" or "Zero Balance Assets" collapsible section, and expand it.

Although DeBank supports 57 chains, it evaluates chain "health". Chains like PulseChain were removed by DeBank due to low activity or other issues. If your assets are on a chain not supported by DeBank, you can only check on the corresponding blockchain explorer (e.g., Etherscan, BscScan).
Portfolio figures don't add up — new UI changed the layout
Many users reported that the updated DeBank interface became more complex, and long-time users struggled to find the entry for "View by Position".
