XAUT Deposit to Binance Not Credited: How to Check
If your XAUT deposit to Binance hasn't arrived, start by checking its status on Etherscan (or the corresponding blockchain explorer) using the TxID. If the chain shows "Success" but your Binance account shows nothing, it's usually because XAUT carries a "Seed Tag" — your account may need to complete a risk questionnaire before the token can be displayed and traded. If more than 2 hours have passed and the deposit still hasn't arrived, submit a request through Binance's self-service recovery channel.

1. Find the TxID of this transfer on the sending platform
What to do: Go back to the platform (wallet or exchange) where you sent the XAUT from, and copy the TxID (transaction hash) of this transfer.
How to do it:
Case A: Withdrawal from another exchange. Log in to the withdrawal platform, go to withdrawal history, locate the XAUT transaction, and copy the TxID. If the platform supports multi-network withdrawals, the record should show which network this transaction used.
Case B: Sent from an on-chain wallet. Open your wallet (e.g. MetaMask, Trust Wallet), find the transaction record for this transfer, and copy the TxID.
When you're done: You've obtained the TxID for this transaction.
Prerequisite: Able to log in normally to the sending platform.
Common failure reason: The sending platform shows "Processing" instead of "Completed", meaning the transaction hasn't been confirmed yet. This is not a Binance issue — just wait.
2. Check the transaction status on the corresponding blockchain explorer
What to do: Use the TxID to check the real on-chain status of this transfer on the correct blockchain explorer. XAUT is a dual-chain token (ERC-20 and BEP-20), so you must use the explorer matching the network used.
How to do it:
XAUT's smart contract addresses have been published:
Ethereum chain: 0x68749665FF8D2d112Fa859AA293F07A622782F38
BNB Smart Chain: 0x21cAef8A43163Eea865baeE23b9C2E327696A3bf
Case A: Sent via Ethereum network (ERC20) Open Etherscan (etherscan.io), paste the TxID, and check:
Status: Must be Success
Confirmations: Binance usually requires enough block confirmations before crediting
Case B: Sent via BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) Open BSCScan (bscscan.com), paste the TxID, and check the status.
When you're done: You've confirmed on the correct explorer that the status is "Success" and the number of confirmations is sufficient.
Prerequisite: Completed step 1 and obtained the TxID.
Common failure reason: XAUT is deployed on both Ethereum and BNB Chain; using the wrong explorer means you won't find the transaction. Confirm which network the sending platform used, then check using the corresponding explorer.
3. Check Binance deposit history, Seed Tag risk, and network status
What to do: If the explorer shows Success but the deposit hasn't appeared in your Binance account, check several areas.
How to do it:
Check the record in Binance [Wallet] – [Transaction History]: If it shows "Pending" or "Processing", it means Binance's node is waiting for network confirmation; if there is no record at all, there may be a deposit issue.
Confirm XAUT's "Seed Tag" requirements: Binance added a Seed Tag to XAUT when listing it. The Seed Tag means:
Compared to other tokens, it may have higher volatility and risk
Users need to complete a related questionnaire every 90 days and accept the terms of use to gain trading access for Seed Tag tokens
If your account has not completed the questionnaire, the token may temporarily not be displayed or tradable after arrival, but the deposit itself is not affected
Check network status: Visit the Binance "Deposit & Withdrawal Status" page to confirm whether the corresponding network (ETH or BSC) is currently operating normally.
When you're done: You've confirmed that Binance hasn't actively suspended XAUT deposits, the deposit record exists in your deposit history, and your account has completed the Seed Tag questionnaire (if applicable).
Prerequisite: Confirmed in step 2 that the on-chain transaction was successful.
Common failure reason: XAUT is a Seed Tag token. Some users didn't complete the risk questionnaire before depositing, which can cause the balance not to show up in the spot account after arrival. Go to the "User Center" to check your Seed Tag questionnaire status.

4. Use Binance's self-service recovery channel or contact customer support
What to do: If all the above checks are fine but the deposit still hasn't arrived after more than 2 hours, submit a request via Binance's self-service recovery function.
How to do it:
Eligibility for Binance self-service recovery: the on-chain transaction status must be "Confirmed / Success".
Steps:
In the Binance Help Center, search for "Deposit not credited self-service recovery" to find the application entry
Paste the TxID; the system will try to auto-fill the coin, network, and deposit address
Confirm all information is correct and submit the application
Check the processing status in "Application Records"
If the self-service recovery channel cannot process your case, contact Binance live support and provide:
Binance account email
Coin name (XAUT)
Deposit amount
TxID
Network used (ERC20 or BEP20)
When you're done: Application submitted successfully, and you've received a case ID or application record.
Prerequisite: Confirmed in step 3 that the on-chain status is Success.
Common failure reason: Entering an incorrect TxID when submitting. Copy-and-paste is the safest approach — don't type it out manually. Binance processes about 4,000 recovery requests per month, but recovery is not 100% guaranteed. It's recommended to provide as much complete information as possible when submitting.
What to do next:
Now proceed in order: obtain the TxID → check the status on the corresponding explorer (Etherscan or BSCScan) and confirm Success → go to Binance deposit history to find the record, while also checking whether your account has completed the XAUT Seed Tag questionnaire. If the explorer shows Success but Binance hasn't credited the deposit, first confirm the questionnaire status, then allow 30 more minutes for sufficient confirmations to accumulate. If more than 2 hours have passed and it still hasn't arrived, use the self-service recovery channel to submit an application. After submitting, keep an eye on Binance in-app notifications.
