DYDX Deposit to Binance Not Credited: How to Troubleshoot?
The most common reason your DYDX deposit to Binance hasn't arrived is selecting the wrong network. Binance discontinued support for DYDX deposits on the Ethereum (ERC20) network in February 2025 and now only supports deposits and withdrawals on the DYDX mainnet. First, go back to the platform where you initiated the transfer and confirm which network was used, then follow the steps below to troubleshoot.

1. Confirm the Network Used for the Transfer
Return to the platform (wallet or exchange) from which you sent DYDX, look up the withdrawal/transfer record, and verify the network selected when the transfer was initiated:
Case A: You selected the Ethereum (ERC20) network. Binance permanently stopped supporting DYDX deposits and withdrawals on the Ethereum network at 10:00 on February 12, 2025. Any DYDX sent via ERC20 after that cutoff will not be automatically credited to your account and may result in a permanent loss of funds. You must contact Binance customer support.
Case B: You selected the DYDX mainnet (a Cosmos ecosystem network). Binance completed the DYDX mainnet integration and opened deposits in May 2024. Transfers made using this network can be further investigated with the steps below.
Goal of this step: Know exactly which network was used for this transfer and confirm whether it is the DYDX mainnet currently supported by Binance.
Note: Always verify the deposit and withdrawal networks currently supported by the platform before initiating a transfer to avoid situations where assets are not credited automatically due to a wrong network.
2. Obtain the TxID and Look It Up on the Appropriate Blockchain Explorer
Get the TxID (transaction hash) for this transfer and check its status on the blockchain explorer for the corresponding network:
Case A: If you used the DYDX mainnet, look up the transaction using the Mintscan explorer (mintscan.io/dydx). Paste the TxID into the search bar to see the transaction status and number of confirmations.
Case B: If you used ERC20 and the transfer took place before February 12, 2025, you can look it up on Etherscan. If the transfer happened after that date, the on-chain transaction is still viewable but Binance will not credit it automatically—you must contact customer support.
DYDX deposits to Binance must pass through the Noble chain and ultimately arrive at a dYdX subaccount. If funds have reached the Noble chain but not your dYdX account, open the dYdX frontend while keeping your wallet connected; the system will automatically detect the funds and complete the collection.
Goal of this step: Determine the on-chain status of the transaction—whether it was successful or is still pending.
Note: Use the correct blockchain explorer for each network. For example, checking a DYDX mainnet transaction on Etherscan will yield no results.
3. Troubleshooting When the On-Chain Transaction Is Successful but Binance Shows No Credit
If the blockchain explorer shows the transaction was successful but your Binance account does not yet reflect the deposit, take the following steps:
Check your Binance deposit history: Log in to Binance, go to "Wallet" → "Transaction History" or "Deposit History," and check the status of this deposit. If it shows "Pending" or "Processing," wait; it usually takes at least 30 minutes for confirmations to complete.
Check whether the deposit is stuck in a bridging step: DYDX mainnet deposits rely on IBC cross-chain transfers. Sometimes the relayers between the Noble chain and the dYdX chain experience delays. If the deposit has not arrived after more than two hours, you can submit a "Deposit not credited" request in the Binance Help Center.
Goal of this step: Confirm that the deposit record exists in your Binance deposit history and understand its current processing status.
Risk warning: If the transaction was submitted after Binance ended support for ERC20 deposits, the platform has clearly stated that such transactions will not be automatically credited to user accounts and may result in asset loss. Contact Binance customer support as soon as possible and explain the situation; recovery depends on the specific circumstances.

4. Contact Binance Customer Support and Submit a Ticket
If you have completed all the above steps and the issue remains unresolved, reach out to Binance's human support:
- In the Binance app, go to the "Help Center" and find the "Contact Support" entry.
- Prepare and submit the following information:
- TxID (transaction hash)
- Coin and amount transferred
- Network selected for the transfer
- Transfer time
- Email address linked to your Binance account
- If the deposit is an ERC20 transfer submitted after February 12, 2025, the support agent will inform you of the corresponding follow-up procedure.
Goal of this step: A ticket has been submitted to customer support and you have a ticket number or clear processing status.
Note: Have your TxID ready before contacting support; without it, agents cannot quickly locate your issue, which will prolong the resolution time.
Quick guide: First check the transfer network on the sending platform. If it was ERC20 and the transfer occurred after February 12, 2025, contact support directly. If it was the DYDX mainnet, get the TxID and check its status on Mintscan. If the transaction is successful, wait 30 minutes. If it has not arrived after more than two hours, collect the required information and then contact support.
