Clear, complete, readable; all content must be fully visible, without cropping, obstruction, or blur.
Contracts/agreements should be signed and dated, including institutional seal and letterhead.
Amounts and key items must be clearly visible.

Common Rejection Reasons
Wrong Fund Category Selected
Many people mistakenly select "Salary Income" for funds transferred from Binance, causing the submitted file to mismatch the chosen category and be rejected. Select the option "Digital Assets — Funds from Other Exchanges/Wallets" and upload the Binance statement. After a wrong selection, you can re-enter the verification page, click "Update Now" to reselect and resubmit.
Risk Warnings
Do not submit others' asset information: If your funds came from buying coins from someone else, you need to prove the source of the money used to buy the coins, not a screenshot of the other person's account.
Serious consequences for forged documents: Do not Photoshop or falsify files. If discovered, your account will be permanently restricted or even assets frozen.
